Description
Project Pathfinder, Inc (PPI) has been working to prevent sexual abuse in Minnesota for more than 20 years. We provide psychotherapy, consultation, training and education to clients and the community. We lead the field in providing culturally-specific programming, as well as programming for special needs clients, including those with autism or other developmental delays. PPI is seeking to add an Associate Director to our talented team. This position will have primary responsibility for:
- Oversight of clinical and support services department
- Direct and manage clinical programming
- Serve as a member of the leadership team
- Represent the organization in the industry and community
- Insurance, billing and fiscal management oversight
- Implementation of growth and development projects
- Assure clinical and business contract compliance
- Quality Assurance and Process Design leadership
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision
- Recruit, manage and develop staff members
- Coordinate clinical assignments
- Ensure all program policies, procedures and manuals are current and compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Ensure delivery of clinical services are best practices and evidenced based
- Lead team to ensure efficient and effective business and clinical practices
- Lead business office staff to ensure efficient and effective business and clinical practices
The successful candidate will possess:
- Master’s Degree in relevant discipline with 5+ years leadership experience. PhD/PsyD or licensed clinical professional preferred
- At least 2 years project/program development
- Knowledge of insurance, third party billing and credentialing
- Knowledge of clinical service delivery, treatment planning, and DSM-5
- Experience with budgeting and fiscal management
- Experience with non-profit organizations
- Exceptional proven clinical leadership experience coupled with strong business acumen
- Solid knowledge of clinical licensing and regulatory requirements
- Contract and grant writing experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and communication skills
