Financial One Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to provide professional, personable, efficient service to members by phone.

The Member Solutions Specialist will:
- Act as a primary phone contact for members
- Process phone transactions as requested, accurately and efficiently
- Ensure financial security by properly identifying all persons that conduce business via the phone
- Listen to member requests, identify their needs, and advise them of the Credit Union services that fulfill those needs
- Maintain an above average knowledge of the Credit Union services, explain them, and refer questions to the appropriate staff as necessary
- Support and work toward the common vision of the Credit Union
- Perform other duties as assigned
