About Little Free Library
Little Free Library (LFL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that builds community, inspires readers, and expands book access for all through a global network of volunteer-led Little Free Libraries. LFL received the 2020 World Literacy Award as well as honors from the Library of Congress and National Book Foundation. There are more than 125,000 registered Little Free Library book-sharing boxes worldwide in all 50 states, 110 countries and 7 continents; through them, more than 200 million books have been shared. LFL grants little libraries full of books to underserved areas through its Impact Library Program and champions diverse books through its Read in Color program. What will you do?
The Content Coordinator is an exciting, new full-time position that supports various aspects of communications and social media execution for Little Free Library. The Content Coordinator will create digital communications, graphics, and videos that advance organizational brand awareness and increase stakeholder engagement. They will serve as an integral part of the marketing and communications team, working to ensure the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and productivity are achieved. You will write blogs and e-newsletters, create videos and digital graphics and provide communications and administrative support. You will also analyze social media campaign results and provide administrative support to the Communications team.

What are the qualifications?
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills
- Experience using multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Groups, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Expertise creating innovative and engaging digital content, including videos and graphic elements; experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Experience with email marketing software, such as MailChimp.
- Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- The ideal candidate will typically have 3+ years success in a marketing, communications, or nonprofit position.
Compensation: $21 – 24 per hour
