Duties include:
Heads of School Administrative Management
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families, vendors, teachers, students, ACC staff members, members of the public, through emails, phone blasts, social media posts, and flyers.
- Maintains confidential filing and general organization of offices (Resumes, contracts, purchase orders, invoices)
- Maintains a detailed and organized calendar of events, meetings and other activities requiring the HOS attendance.
- Assist teaching staff with general requests and support (supply orders, field trip requests, meeting requests with HOS)
- Prepares letters and correspondence as directed by HOS (Heads of School) or FCD (Family Community Director)
- Keep updated record of staff phone list and staff mailboxes
- At a glance calendar (Internal calendar) development.
- Maintaining phone system (caller id, extensions, etc).
- Report cards
- Maintaining phone system (caller id, extensions, etc)
- Purchasing of school signs (parking signs, bathrooms signs, etc)
- Managing postage - Order label paper, maintenance requests, adding funds
- Managed maintenance requests for admin office and teacher printers.

- Coordinate all items necessary for regularly scheduled meetings, i.e., materials, agendas, and room for HOS and academic areas.
- Other academic support duties as assigned
Translating/Interpreting
- Support inbound phone calls in English/Spanish
- Develop communications for families and staff in English and in Spanish via phone blasts, social media posts, flyers, etc.
